Since, Holi the festival of colours is all around. So today I thought to share some of my favourite recipes for the festival. so Do try out these yummy Holi recipes to delight your guests & family members.

Recipe Ingredients Required :

1. Chocolate Gujiya
Maida – 1 Cup
Ghee – 4 tbsp
Chocolate Biscuits
Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp
Oil – to fry

2. Masala Mathri
Besan – 1 Cup
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Red chilly Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1tsp
Haldi – 1 tsp
Salt- 1tsp or as per taste
Oil – 2 tbsp
Maida – 1cup

3. Malpua
Atta – 1cup
Maida – 1/2 bowl
Milk
Elaichi Powder – for flavour
Water
Sugar – 1 cup
Kesar – 1 pinch
Elaichi – 1/2 tsp
Oil – to fry

4. Gujiya Dahi Bhalle
Dhuli Urad – 1 cup
Oil – 2tbsp
Hing – 1 pinch
Water – 1ltr
Salt – 2tbsp
Oil – to fry
Dahi

5. Paan Mocktail
Gulkand – 1tbsp
Paan leaves
Ice Cubes
Soda/Limca/Sprite

6. Shakarpare
Maida – 1 cup
Ghee – 2tbsp
Oil – to fry
