MELT THE CHOCOLATE IN DOUBLE BOILER
1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER
MIX WELL
1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4 CUP COCOA POWDER
1/2 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
3/4 CUP POWDER SUGAR
MIX WELL
1/2 CUP MILK MIX GRADUALLY
1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
7 INCH OIL GREASED SQUARE MOULD
POUR THE BATTER INTO THE MOULD
COOK IT IN MEDIUM LOW HEAT FOR 35-40 MIN.
BROWNIE IS READY, COOK COMPLETELY
REMOVE IT FROM THE MOULD
1/4 CUP HOT WHIPPING CREAM
1/2 CUP MILK CHOCOLATE
MIX UNTIL THE CHOCOLATE MELT
POUR IT OVER THE CAKE
SPREAD EVENLY
1/4 CUP WHITE & 1/4 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE
2 TABLESPOON HOT WHIPPING CREAM FOR EACH
DECORATION WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE
DECORATION WITH DARK CHOCOLATE
USE A TOOTHPICK & FOLLOW THE WAY
CUT AS CUBES
1 SCOOP VANILLA ICE CREAM ON THE TOP
CHOCOLATE SYRUP
